Pampanga Airsoft League (PAL)

Initial Objectives

a. to solidify Pampanga airsoft teams into consolidated actions,
b. to be governed by a common standards and rules,
c. to immediately address issues and concerns among fellow Pampanga airsoft teams,
to mobilize and governed under one body - Pampanga Airsoft League (PAL)
d. to set standards for Airsoft community – most specially, in Pampanga,

Main Principles / Guidelines (Suggested/Initial)

a. We will represent our dear Province of Pampanga under Pampanga Airsoft League (PAL) under the spirit of fair play and good behavior in playing airsoft ALL THE TIME,

- no misbehavior and disrespect amongst member teams (and other teams),
- no trash-talking against each other / against other teams,
- no hit-calling and unrealistic actions towards each other,
- we play until we are hit – NO ZOMBIE-ISM is ever allowed under PAL - let's play the game fair and square,

b. We are committed to the league’s general rules, guidelines, principles, and regulations - to observe these Principles/Guidelines during regular games, invitational games, and events/tourneys,
c. We will respect the member teams and its representations (logo, shirts, officials, members, gamesite/s, etc.),
d. We are committed to provide full support for the league’s cause, activities, and needs (of our member teams) – community projects, trainings (both airsoft related and [for example] first aid and rescue training/s),
e. We are to treat our member teams as brothers as we treat our team mates,

Regulations (Suggested/Initial)

a. that all member teams are to adopt the Pampanga Airsoft League - <Team Name>
Example: Pampanga Airsoft League - ATAC
b. that all teams (and its operators/members) will have equal rights, privileges, and opportunities with the airsoft community,
c. that all members will become <team initial> <callsign>, PAL
Example: Jester of Team Blackhawk -->BH Jester, PAL
d. that all teams (and its operators/members) will abide by the general rules, regulations and standards to be set by the board,
e. that all member teams will have an equal representation within the PAL Board,
f. that the PAL Board will monitor issues and concerns amongst its member teams,
g. that the PAL Board will output resolutions that a member team (and observe by its general membership) shall comply,
h. that all member teams will adopt the PAL logo and represent it with pride and responsibility under the standards and principles of PAL, (logo will be designed and approved by the board),
i. that any untoward incidents is mandatory to be reported (and discuss) by the team representative (Board Member) during the Board meeting,
j. all PAL members shall be under the protection/responsibility of any member team/s during invitational games (outside Pampanga),

Others:

a. PAL Board shall composed of member teams’ President and Vice President (or the two highest officers that shall represent the a team),
b. Team Advisers are always welcome to attend and discuss issues with the Board,
c. Team members are always welcome to observe in the discussions,
d. The PAL Board will meet on a regular basis – to be decided by the Board,
e. The meeting will be set in each member team’s area of operation, respectively – to allow the further encouragement of camaraderie amongst its member teams,
f. Board members shall report the team status of their team during the Board meeting,
g. Member teams (and its members) are always welcome to play and participate with any member teams’ gamesite/s,
h. Member teams is allowed and may request re-enforcement – in the case of a visiting team from outside Pampanga has more operators to play,
i. The Board may decide further acceptance of any team and group after deliberation,
j. The Board has the right to mandatory order the expulsion of any member team or and individual member found to have NOT abide by the standards set (and agreed) – misbehavior, unrealistic actions, uncharacteristic to represent the Province to protect its glory in the entire airsoft community,
k. Any games/event sanctioned by PAL is an automatic invites to all the member teams - though not compulsary,


Qualifications to join:

1. organized groups/teams of not less than 12 active operators,
2. must have a set of officers,
3. must conduct re-election every year,
4. must be of good moral character (in and outside of airsoft),
5. team headquarters inside Pampanga,
6. team regular gamesite is inside Pampanga,
7. must have their own team name and team logo – and is willing to adopt the above-stated principles, rules, guidelines, etc of PAL,

For newbies: Its advisable to join a team that is a member team of PAL - selection maybe based from gamesite location, type of regular game play, organization structure, etc.

ATTENTION ALL TEAMS (for Oct 3 Meeting):

- kindly prepare the complete list of your team members, designation of each member/position in the team, contact nos., status (whether active, inactive, outside the country, etc.) and set of officers (with contact nos.).

- also, please prepare your team’s short (but descriptive) history, regular game location, contact nos. of your head-quarters, and regular active members’ strength.

You may send your intention of joining to SF Iceman @ 0915-4461919. All (organized groups/teams) are welcome to join. Please confirm your attendance to the meeting on Oct. 3 should your team leadership and general membership decides to join the ALLIANCE. The meeting is for Officers and Advisers (of Teams) only in order to minimize the over-crowding. Members may come and observe within the premises. You guys are most welcome.
